2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, opening a trade account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Products & availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw products, change prices or refuse orders where pricing or product information is incorrect, unauthorised resale is suspected, or stock is unavailable.
4. Brand integrity & authorised distribution
- We only distribute brands we are authorised to represent or that we source through compliant supply chains.
- We respect Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies and brand merchandising guidelines.
- Trade customers must not re-export products in breach of a brand's territorial restrictions.
- Suspected counterfeit or grey-market activity is reported to the brand owner and relevant authorities.
5. Trade accounts
Trade accounts are granted at our discretion following verification of company details, VAT registration where applicable, and intended resale channels. We may suspend or close accounts that breach our terms, brand policies or applicable law.
6. Orders & payment
Orders constitute an offer to purchase and are accepted once we issue an order confirmation. Payment terms are as set out on your account or invoice. Title in goods passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery.
7. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control. Free shipping within the UK applies on orders above £500 unless otherwise stated.
8. Warranties
Products are supplied with the manufacturer's standard warranty. Consumer customers retain all statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any contract shall not exceed the price paid for the goods in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
10. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos and content remain the property of their respective owners. Use of brand assets requires the owner's prior written consent.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
